  • Access: After successful payment you will be granted access according to the product description (immediate, timed access, or membership).

  • Booking and Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed on receipt of payment and any required intake forms. You must complete any required pre-session forms honestly and in a timely manner.

  • Professional status and scope: We provide hypnotherapy/coaching resources and sessions. This is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric or emergency care. If you have serious mental health concerns, please consult a suitably qualified medical or mental health professional before booking.

  • Consent & suitability: By booking you confirm you have read and consent to any client intake information and that the treatment is suitable for you. If we assess a client as unsuitable, we reserve the right to refuse or terminate sessions and will refund any prepaid fees for those sessions.

  • Session format and technology: Sessions are delivered remotely via Teams. You are responsible for your internet connection, device, and privacy during sessions. We are not responsible for technical failures beyond our control.

  • Cancellation and rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule a session by providing at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

  • No-shows are chargeable in full. If we need to cancel, we will offer an alternative appointment or a full refund.
